    I have been eating pomagranate seeds for about 2 months, I went for a check up with the doctor. Amazingly, BP was 136/76 , PSA was.4, cholesteral was 174, I have been on meds for BP and thyroid. All tests came back well within limits, Thanks be to pomagranates.
